Where does he come from? Some say he's an avenging angel, the representation of the Wasteland's anger. Others say he's a man like any other, so experienced and advanced in his skills that he appears to come from nowhere and return as quickly. If you chose the right perks and play your cards right, when you're in a tight spot you might just get help from an unknown source. The Mysterious Stranger is a lone gunman, support un-looked-for, the killing blow from the shadows.
